Look at this adorable family!  Even their dog shows up ready to work it for pictures each year!  I always enjoy photographing them because they are so photogenic, but I also just love chatting and catching up with this crew each year.  Such awesome people.

The M Family - Quad Cities Family Photographer

I love my a good look and smile picture, but when a family member is 2.5 years old and less than thrilled to look and smile for the camera, I'm not mad. :)  Real moments are the best anyway!  EJ is SO STINKING CUTE and his joy while on the playground was necessary to document photographically!  The snuggles and thumb sucking...all of that is so fleeting, so I'm very happy we froze so much of that in time for this awesome family at their session.  And in the midst of all that, we ended up getting some look and smile pictures after all!

The Ukleja Family - Quad Cities Family Photographer

This family is amazing.  So kind and laid back and beautiful and full of love!  And their sweet girl is like a unicorn 2 1/2 year old!  She was UH-MAZING.  Smiles and joy and willingness to get her picture taken and even sit still.  That's a unicorn, people.  I am FULLY aware and not bothered by the typical 2 1/2 year old...the one who doesn't want to hold still, isn't super excited to get pictures taken (aside from maybe the first couple of minutes) and just wants to do their own thing.  I just couldn't believe sweet Brynn was so cooperative!
