The Klipsch Family - Quad Cities Family Photographer

I was looking so forward to this session since my friend, Leslie contacted me to schedule it!

This family is one of the most beautiful families inside and out that one can come across.

Jake and Leslie have created something truly special with their family!  They are incredible parents and amazing examples to their children.  And their love for each other is so evident and beautiful!

Their lovely children are too adorable for words!

Their oldest, Oliver was incredible to photograph.  Willing and ready with lots of ideas for the pictures. :)

It took Eli a minute to warm up, but when he did, he killed it.  It doesn't take much work for this one to get a good picture!

Sinta is a dream...full of energy and personality!  Mixed with her intense beauty, that combination is perfection for a photographer like me!

This family exudes love and light and joy...so what better backdrop?!

One truly hard working, passionate, loving, giving mama right here.   So blessed to call her friend!  These are some seriously blessed children!

It was such a fun evening just strolling around downtown Davenport with these amazing people.

Wolf Fairy: Protector of the Wolves - Quad Cities Photographer

It's that time of year again...Halloween!

This beauty has loved wolves since I have known her and so it was fitting that her mama styled this incredible costume for her this year!

She is "Wolf Fairy: Protector of the Wolves" and she is stunning!

The light was beautiful, just before sunset when I captured this image.

Hudson and Family - Quad Cities Family Photographer

 I love this family.  I have known Julie for a few years now and several months ago, I got to be in the delivery room while her daughter, Danielle was in labor with little Hudson.  What an awesome experience to capture such a special time for them.  Since Hudson came into the world, I've had the pleasure of photographing him several times and this day, I got to photograph their little family as well as Grandma and Grandpa Jones along with them!  So fun!

This little man...he is loved beyond words and is so stinking sweet!  How could you not love this little sweetie?!

He's the first grandchild for these two and they are smitten!

Oh boy...his cheeks, his expressions.  Too much!!!

He is one adorable 9 month old!

And for Halloween, we got some shots of him in his costume...the cutest Minion I've ever seen!

Grandpa and Huddy got into their Carhartt gear for some manly shots too. ;)

Maddox - Quad Cities Children Photographer

 I had so much fun meeting adorable, one year old Maddox!  He was a trooper...it was a chilly day!

Look at what a sylin' little dude he is!  Loved chasing him around the park!

If it weren't for the big field of tall grasses 3 times his height trapping him in, I would have been exhausted from chasing Maddox around all evening.  He didn't hold still for long! ;)

That face though...man, he was worth chasing around!

Photo Session GIVEAWAY!

I can't believe it's getting to that time of the year where we start thinking about the upcoming holidays, but it is!  Since I started this gig 4 years ago, I gradually would have holiday cards trickle in from clients and it was SO FUN to see which images they selected to share with those they love.  I love getting the mail around the holidays and seeing all of the portraits of beautiful children and families in my life and each year the number of cards I receive from clients grows a little more.  It's so sweet of all of you to think of sending my family a card with your portrait on it that I captured for you!

The Patterson Family - Quad Cities Family Photographer

It was so nice meeting the lovely Patterson Family on this beautiful fall evening.  Their beauty and love were so fun to capture in pictures!

This image is in my top 5 favorite family images to date.  I love it so much!

They were a picture perfect little family...their kids Elle and Easton are as stunning as Mommy and Daddy!

Elle is all girl and so beautiful and sweet!  She was amazing to photograph!

And Easton was all boy...and a busy boy at that!  Look at that smile!

I can't resist some Mommy Love pictures...it was such a beautiful evening and to capture such a gorgeous Mommy with her kids...perfection...

As the sun set on our session, I grabbed a few more candid shots in the golden light.  Ahhhh...I love sunset sessions!
