The Eyberg Family - Quad Cities Family Photographer

I was excited to photograph this beautiful family who happen to be new to the area and new to Iowa!

Their girls are to die for!

Daddy and Mommy Love shots...

What fun it was getting to know about them.  They are going to be people I see regularly as Ryan is now working with my dad!

And this shot just might be the greatest sibling shot I've ever taken!  Hysterical!!!

Let's get real though...they are parents of 2 children 3 and under who are only 15 months apart...so THIS is reality...

Loved meeting you, Caitlin and meeting you again, Ryan!  Looking forward to seeing you often in the future and hopefully having you in front of my lens again!  You have a gorgeous family!

A Beautiful Family - Quad Cities Family Photographer

When we scheduled this session, the plan was "fall pictures"...well, the weather wasn't exactly fall like!  More like HOT summer weather.  This adorable crew handled it like pros though...

Love these Mommy and Daddy Love shots!!!

These boys have a very smart Mommy...she came with all kinds of tricks up her sleeve!  The favorite for sweet James was the watermelon...

You have got to be kidding me with this cuteness!!!  Alexander was full of smiles!

Those toes, that hat!  EEK!

Big brother was a fan of snuggles from mom and dad and I have to say, I wasn't going to argue...snuggly pictures are the best...

Stop it with those baby blues!

A gorgeous family for sure...

Thank you guys for spending some of your morning with me...my camera loved you!

Lexi - Quad Cities Senior Portrait Photographer

This beautiful girl is so much more than what you will see here.  You guys, she's such an amazing girl...beautiful on the inside and out, talented, strong...the whole package.  She has an extremely bright future ahead of her.

I was beyond thrilled when Lexi's mom asked me to do her senior portraits for many reasons...first of all, just look at her!  Who in the world wouldn't want to photograph this beauty?!

We had so much fun!

I soon realized that Lexi cannot take a bad picture!

I often feel like during my sessions, I am not actually working, but just hanging out with someone and snapping a few pictures now and then.  That is definitely how I felt on the evening I photographed Lexi.

I also have to mention that I've never had a better photography assistant than her mom!  She even insisted on carrying my camera bag for me much of the time!  Ha.

I always love what I do, but there are certain sessions that I drive home from and just have to pinch myself that this is what I do to make a living.  This was definitely one of those sessions!  To photograph such beautiful people, knowing that these are images they will look back on for years to come...such an honor!

And there was a lot of laughing...Lexi's smile is amazing no matter what, but when she laughed it was magic!

Those eyes, that smile...and a personality to boot!  Lexi is any photographer's dream model!
The apple doesn't fall far from the tree...she comes from a wonderful family who I have had the pleasure of knowing for many years!

It was a dream to photograph you, Lexi!  Thank you for spending the evening with me and putting your trust in me to capture your senior portraits.  Soon you will venture into a new stage in your life and without a doubt be wildly successful in whatever path you choose.  I am blessed to know you and your family and look forward to seeing what amazing things are in store for you!  God Bless!

The Layton Family - Quad Cities Family Photographer

One of my favorite things is seeing families each year and how they grow and change.  This family is simply amazing...a beautiful family inside and out!  I was thrilled that they were one of the winners of my Holiday Card Giveaway last year because after their session last year, I hoped they would be in front of my lens again sometime!

This year we made the session a true Iowa session by picking corn for the backdrop!

And I am pretty much in love with this family shot...

Kate even got in the corn...so I did too!

And Leah shared that beautiful smile with me a few times as well!

Those lashes...

That spunk...

Mommy and Daddy Love...kisses all around!

I'd say they look like true Iowa girls...

Real moments are my favorite...and this shot cracks me up!

As does this one!  This family knows how to do a silly family picture for sure!

Thank you for stepping in front of my lens again this year, guys!  It was such a pleasure to photograph your beautiful family yet again!
