Many moons ago, I did hair for a living, so know that even though you often see images of baby's first haircut with their sweet giggles and cooperative sitting, that is most often not how the first haircut goes. I love that the Helmly Family had me at the barber shop to capture Luc's first haircut in all it's crying, drooling, screaming, snot dripping glory. It was nothing that a sucker and Frozen couldn't handle though...there were even some smiles at the end! We went right from the barber shop (where his barber Jesse just killed it...truly, he did great work on a squirmy child and was so patient and awesome) to a park to get some post haircut pictures and even got his little sister Maggie in some shots...and Mom and Dad too!
Enjoy this progression of Luc's first haircut and sneaks of his dapper post haircut session! Love this family!
